Do you sell our products in the United States?+
No. Credo USA Inc. is the contracting and purchasing entity. Goods ship directly from your facility to the agreed territory and are sold only there.
Who signs the agreement and who pays us?+
Credo USA Inc., a Nevada corporation. Payment is made from the United States in U.S. dollars, on terms set in the distribution agreement.
Who holds the product registration?+
Our local subsidiary files and manages registration as the in-market applicant, with you named as the manufacturer. Ownership and transfer terms are set in the agreement.
What if our formula exceeds local dosage limits?+
We flag it during the document review. Options include a market-specific formula, a different product from your range, or classification under another category where permitted.
How long until the first shipment?+
Registration typically takes several months. The timeline depends on the product category and how complete the documentation is, and is set out in the market entry plan.
Can we communicate in Spanish?+
Yes. We work with manufacturers in English and Spanish.
